Services
Mr. Automation offers many different services, and is able to accommodate most applications.
If you would like more information or would like to discuss a specific application, please
E-Mail our sales department.
We have designed a supervisory station that makes use of the Systech
Tips-Advisor Software. Utilizing this package we can implement Lot
Control, collect data from any machine on the line, generate reports based
on data from the line and have the ability to configure smart devices(Bar
Code Readers, Coders etc.). This allows the entire packaging line to be
configured from one station.
Once this platform is in place, we have the ability to use the computer
running the Tips-Advisor Package as a smart device maintenance station for
the whole packaging line. When Tips-Advisor is not running, the Windows NT
Desktop is available. The support software for the smart devices can be
loaded onto the system. The smart devices have been connected to the
supervisory station and can now be maintained from the same computer using
it's own confugration software. This allows changes to be made(only when
authorized) and system back-ups generated from a single system.
Mr. Automation can integrate virtually any inspection device into your
packaging equipment. Eject Stations and other methods of reconciling
rejects can be fabricated as well. All inspections are designed around
failsafe programming methods and positive(accept) signals from the
inspection device.
Mr. Automation, Inc. also provides Line Integration Services.
Whether it's a new piece of equipment, to reside in your existing packaging line,
or the installation of a complete new line, our staff can engineer that layouts,
service utilities, interconnects, product transfers and flow control.
Once engineered, we can send our team of Installers, to your facility, to
complete the integration.
We also offer additional "Line Services" such as Supervisory/Maintenance Stations
that will allow you to measure line efficiency and down time. Each system is
engineered to meet your exact requirements. Feel free to give us a call to discuss
your Line Integration needs.
Mr. Automation also serves packaging equipment manufacturers. We can
integrate new packaging techology into your existing equipment and provide
an implementation plan to assist in making the solution a standard part of
your equipment.
As one of it's support groups, Mr. Automation, Inc. has a full featured
Panel Assembly Department. From Junction Boxes to full size
Electrical Cabinets, Mr. Automation, Inc. provides quality electrical panels.
Each Panel Assembly is reviewed electrically and mechanically,
prior to assembly. This serves as a double check to our customer's
engineering. Additionally, all panels are hot tested, prior to
shipping, to insure that when it arrives at our customer's facility,
a seamless and trouble-free installation will occur.
Mr. Automation, Inc. offers a full line of Stand-Alone Inspection Platforms.
These platforms were designed to provide the ability to seamlessly add
additional inspection stations to your packaging line or OEM piece of
equipment. Each Inspection Platform has the ability to tie into an existing
eject mechanism or to drive an eject station designed and integrated by
Mr. Automation, Inc.
Our Inspections Platforms may be coupled with a multitude of inspection
devices such as: Bar Code Scanners, Data Matrix Readers, Machine Vision Systems
and virtually any sensor that may be used to perform an inspection such as
Luminescence.
All standard Inspection Platforms are
FDA CFR 211.122
Compliant with the optional ability to achieve
FDA 21 CFR Part 11
Compliancy. Most Inspection Platforms can be Assembled, Tested and Shipped 4-6 weeks after receipt of
an order.
Mr. Automation, Inc. specializes in Operator Interface Replacement.
We can replace your Pushbutton/Panel Meter Operator Station to one of
many standard Touchscreen offerings such as: Allen Bradley Panel View,
Machine View and RS View or with CTC's Interact Software running on their
Powerstation.
This upgrade can enhance the operation and efficiency of any machine.
Coupled to the PLC, through a single communications cable, adding a Pushbutton,
Indicator or any display item allows changes to be made in minutes.
This eliminates drilling mounting holes for Pushbuttons or Meters and fishing
wires back to the PLC.
Adding a Touchscreen to your machine also unlocks the ability to present
vitual information, stored within the PLC, as feedback to your Operators.
Many status bits are used in today's PLC's indicating the status of a process
or task. Today's Touchscreens provide a means to bring that information to a visual
display. This will enhance your Maintenance Mechanic's abilities to troubleshoot
machine issues without the need to bring a laptop out to the line.
Mr. Automation, Inc.'s experienced and versatile staff, coupled with our
Panel Assembly Department, allows us to engineer and fabricate custom machines.
Whether it's your design or ours, each machine is engineered using quality
components capable of enhancing your packaging line with the latest technological
advances. Our engineering staff is ready to discuss your custom application
with you.
